    Isn’t that the most important dieting mistakes people commit?

    One of my friends went berserk(oops – he started on a diet) and completely avoided sugar and salt.

    Guess what happened? He had to be hospitalised to be given glucose fluids. It’s sad to see the extreme people go to lose a few pounds of weight.
